Direct answer. The Colorado Concierge offers two programs for private residences in Colorado's mountain towns. For owners: a block of ten hours, $2,500, valid twelve months, covering pre-arrival readiness, housekeeping scheduling, and vendor and contractor coordination. For property managers: a per-stay guest concierge program at $150 per stay, which includes one hour of pre-arrival contact, grocery-stocking coordination, and reservations, with time beyond one hour at $250 per hour. Long-term rental management is not offered.
For owners: the 10-hour block
