The Colorado Concierge

Frequently asked questions

What does The Colorado Concierge do?

The Colorado Concierge plans and runs the on-the-ground side of a Colorado mountain trip: private homes, chefs, transport and private air, reservations, ski guides, outdoor activities, in-villa wellness, weddings, and group events. It also provides owner and guest concierge programs for private residences.

Which towns do you cover?

Aspen, Vail, Beaver Creek, Breckenridge, Telluride, Steamboat Springs, Winter Park, Denver, Colorado Springs, and Central Colorado around Buena Vista, Salida, and Crested Butte. Towns outside this list, such as Durango and Grand Junction, are referred out.

How much does it cost?

Trip planning is priced by scope. A single-home week is $1,000. Multi-home, private-aviation, or group trips of eight or more start at $3,500 and are quoted after a consultation. Property and event engagements are quoted in writing after a call. Homes, chefs, guides, transport, passes, and all supplier costs are billed under each supplier's own terms.

Is there a cost to inquire?

No. The inquiry and the initial call are free. A $500 planning deposit applies once you decide to proceed and is credited in full to the planning fee.

Do you book hotels?

Yes, at the same rate as direct, with Fora partner benefits requested at participating properties. Hotel-only bookings carry no fee. See booking Colorado hotels through a Fora advisor.

Which lift pass do I need?

Epic covers Vail, Beaver Creek, Breckenridge, Keystone, Crested Butte, and Telluride. Ikon covers Aspen Snowmass, Steamboat, Winter Park, Copper Mountain, and Arapahoe Basin. We confirm the right pass for your mountains and dates and purchase it for you at face value. See Epic or Ikon for a Colorado ski trip.

How far ahead should I book?

Christmas week and Presidents' Week: nine to twelve months. Other winter weeks: four to six months. Summer and fall: three to four months. Shorter notice is possible; the choice of homes narrows.

Do you plan bachelor and bachelorette trips?

Yes. Home, chef, transport, activities, dining, and on-site coordination as one weekend. See planning a bachelor or bachelorette weekend in Colorado.

Do you coordinate weddings?

Yes, from design and production coordination through group lodging, transport, and on-site coordination on the day. Weddings are quoted after a consultation.

Can you arrange private jets?

Yes: charter, FBO handling, and ground transfers. From April to November 2027, while Aspen's airport is closed, arrivals are routed through Central Colorado Regional Airport in Buena Vista. See Aspen airport closure and private jet arrivals.

What do you do for homeowners?

Owner support sold in 10-hour blocks, $2,500, valid twelve months, covering pre-arrival readiness, housekeeping, and vendor coordination; and a per-stay guest concierge program for property managers at $150 per stay. Long-term rental management is not offered. See concierge services for Colorado homeowners and property managers.
