Direct answer. A bachelor or bachelorette weekend in Colorado is planned as a single engagement: one home, a private chef for at least one dinner, transport for the group, two or three activities, dinner reservations, and one contact on call during the weekend. Groups of eight or more are scoped under the Ultra tier, from $3,500, quoted in writing after a consultation. Smaller groups in one home are Getaway, $1,000. A $500 planning deposit starts the work and is applied to the fee.
Choosing the town
- Aspen. Strongest restaurant and bar scene in the mountains. Best for groups that want to walk to dinner. Highest home prices.
- Breckenridge. Large homes, a walkable Main Street, and a two-hour drive from Denver. The most common choice for groups of ten or more.
- Vail and Beaver Creek. Ski-from-the-door homes and a quieter evening scene.
- Denver. Restaurants, rooftop bars, and no mountain driving. Suits a weekend that is more dinners than outdoors.
- Steamboat Springs and Buena Vista. Hot springs, rafting, and ranch settings for a group that wants outdoors over nightlife.
What is arranged
Home. One home for the whole group, with the bed configuration confirmed and the occupancy limit and event restrictions checked before booking. Many mountain homes do not permit parties; this is verified with the manager, not assumed.
Chef and dining. A private chef for the main dinner, in-home breakfast or brunch, grocery pre-stocking, and restaurant reservations with advance holds for the group.
Activities. Winter: private ski or snowboard guide, snowmobiling, dog sledding, hot springs. Summer: rafting, fly fishing, guided hikes, bike tours, ranch days. Wellness: in-home massage, facials, private yoga.
Transport. Sprinter or SUV transfers from Denver International or Eagle County, and in-resort transport for evenings so no one drives.
On the ground. One contact by text or WhatsApp at (970) 295-3022 for the length of the weekend for changes and day-of requests.
